MOVE PROJECTS: From Childhood Passion to Building Dreams

Construction has been a part of my daily life since I was a kid. My father, a technical architect in construction, taught me the trade by taking me along on Saturdays to count the steel in the frameworks, making sure it matched the structural plans. On Sunday afternoons, I’d sit with my uncle Jesús, the first municipal technical architect in Durango, and my dad, listening to their passionate conversations about the profession.

I pursued the same education as them, studying in Granada and graduating in 2010 despite the economic crisis. I worked freelance with my father and for several well-known companies, managing various projects. But over time, I realized the sacrifices weren’t worth it—I was working hard and earning little. Faced with a tough market, I had to reinvent myself and learn what no one ever taught me about how to truly excel in this profession.

That’s how MOVE PROJECTS was born: from the need to offer honest, high-value services. It’s a fully tailored, comprehensive project management solution. Here, I oversee every project from start to finish, focusing on every little detail. As a Project Manager, my goal is to ensure my clients don’t have to worry about a thing, delivering fixed prices and deadlines every time.
