You don’t hire a renovation company. You hire someone who works exclusively for you, from the first idea to the handover of keys.
What I do as your Project Manager
I coordinate every agent, supervise every job and represent your interests exclusively, at every step. I validate budgets before you see them, control costs and quality on site, and handle the unexpected without you having to hear about every problem.
You make the decisions that matter. I take care of the rest.
The process adapts to your project
Renovating is not the same as building from scratch. That’s why the method changes.
If you renovate: 3 phases
1. Project. We design every detail: plans, layout and installations. We choose materials, finishes and suppliers together. I give you a closed budget and a realistic timeline.
2. Build. We execute according to the approved design. Site management, cost control and coordination of every trade, to guarantee efficiency and quality at every step.
3. Handover. We review every detail of the finished work. Installation testing and final adjustments. I hand over the project ready to enjoy.
If you build new: 4 phases
1. Concept. I listen to your needs and shape your ideas with sketches and 3D modelling. We start building the budget from the start, so you have a clear picture early on.
2. Project. We design every space down to the centimetre. General and detailed plans: layout, installations, lighting. Materials and finishes. Closed budget and timeline.
3. Build. We turn the design into reality: execution, full coordination of trades and site management. An efficient, organised process, with no surprises.
4. Completion and handover. I supervise down to the last detail. Quality control, verification of finishes and installations. I hand over your home ready to enjoy.
Why a Project Manager
A project without professional management drifts. In Andorra, overruns of 20% or more and months of delay are common. My job is to keep cost and time under control and protect your investment, because I represent your interests, not the builder’s.
Who it’s for
For owners who value their time. For those who want no surprises in the budget. For those who want a high-level result without becoming site managers. It’s not for everyone, and that’s fine.
Let’s talk
If you have a project in mind, tell me about it. No commitment. No complicated forms.
